Data Handling Policy
This started in connection with the understanding that we will eventually handle components of our customers and in turn, decided to create this policy to educate and make our customers aware of how your data is handled. We pouch the idea of Secure & Elastic servers and in respect to that this is a way to keep you aware and for us to be accountable for your data.
Which of your data do we store?
If you didn’t know, we store content boxes first, consumer profiles second, and consumer learning experience events second. This is used to allow us to optimize your outcomes of creating the best learning experiences. From our audits, we have figured out the ways to get this data singled out as our servers. As an industry-standard, we protect this as a default in relation to all our service providers, but it’s not a given. To open things up, we have singled out our APIs and database access keys as high-priority vectors.
- We by default secure these using industry-proven technologies.
- We secure this by vectors of the people in charge of these technologies.
- We secure these by making it easy to quickly roll over and see if there’s unauthorised access.
- We will continue to improve on these strategies in other to continuously keep data safe and secure.
How can you help us close this loop?
It would interest us alot in terms of reporting to us cases where your keys are compromised or when you see inconsistencies you think are worth reporting to us. We at large are also known as a community of unique sets of customers, any reports of what is happening in the world around us in terms of security would be highly received by our team as well. This goes in many ways, so we believe by collaborating from this get-go, we set ourselves up to always be ahead of the curve in keeping your learning content boxes, and consumer data safe. We welcome you to Learnir and look forward to growing in the best possible ways with you.
