Modifying and Terminating Our Service

Using Our Service

Free Trial and Payment

• We currently offer a free trial that can support the testing of the product.

• Along with the free trial, we offer different price ranges which can support per organization.

• On insert, a 20day trial starts, on the last 20days, you will be charged the subscription.

• This and every other payment is not refundable.

• Any cancellation before the charge is currently taken as a loss on the Learnir service.

• We look to draft new fair prices which will align usage+charge in the coming quarters.

• In effect, this section of the terms will change to match that.

Subscription Service

• Subscription is charged every month, charged a month-like range of days after your last payment.

• From the console, you are free to cancel charges and see all the information regarding payments, charges, and controls.

Delinquent Accounts

• In any case, if a charge is not successful after a week from a month-like range, we reserve the right to suspend this account and suspend providing services.

Limited Liability for Our Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE “AS IS”.
